Job description
Execution of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance schedule of Press shop/Weld shop
Equipment
Operation and Maintenance of all AHU, Fume Extractor, Lift and Material Handling Equipment
Ensure safety & 5S at work place
Can do PLC and Robot Programming and modification of Robotic and Manual Press Line /Robotic
Welding lines
Allocation of work to maintenance team members and continuous assessment of
Effectiveness.
Implementation of TS-16949, OHSAS 14001 systems and documentation
Continuous monitoring of MTTR, MTBF and Downtime Trend Chart and improve to achieve
Departmental objective and targets
Implementation of SAP PM Module, regular updatation and report generation
