Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Engineer based in Korba. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating engineering projects, ensuring technical accuracy and resource management. Daily tasks include supervising teams, managing project timelines, providing technical guidance, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Senior Engineer will also collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, cost-effective engineering solutions.

Qualifications

Strong technical knowledge in construction and mining engineering
Proficient in project management, resource planning, and team supervision
Experience in site inspections, technical guidance, and regulatory compliance
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Master's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Mining Engineering
Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
