Role Summary: As a Finacle Customization Specialist, you will be responsible for tailoring the Finacle core banking solution to meet specific business requirements and improve operational efficiency. This role demands a deep understanding of the Finacle platform, banking processes, and the ability to implement custom features, workflows, and integrations. Key Responsibilities: Proven experience in customizing Finacle 10.x. Ability to analyze and assess customization requirements effectively. Proficiency in Finacle customization using Finacle tools. Strong knowledge of Finacle tables across all modules. Familiarity with Connect 24 and FI systems. Experience working with core banking and CRM modules. Contribute to the successful completion of individual milestones within the project. Willingness to work at client locations as required. Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of demonstrated experience in Finacle customization and implementation within a banking or financial services environment. Expertise in Finacle scripting languages, PL/SQL, Java, and other relevant programming languages. Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
