Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Coordination with customer for customer complaints and warranty.

2. Plan and implement supplier development strategies in coordination with purchase department.

3. Quality Planning- ensure quality checks at receiving inspection, in process, final inspection and packing-as per procedures and Packing-as standards.

4. Establish and monitor calibration system.

5. Rejection and rework control, initiate CAPA.

6. Ensure manufacturing process audit done as per plan.

7. Corrective action review and verification of effectiveness.

8. Design and development of gauges.

9. Vendor evaluation and approval.

10. Analyse Quality Data and initiate continual improvement.

11. Analysis of control charts and recommend for improvement for unstable and non capable processes.

12. Initiate continual improvement / Kaizen activities.

13. Customer representative for the issues related to quality of product & process.

14. Monthly performance with Gap analysis and action plan.

15. Any change verification and approval prior to Implementation.

16. Plan for IMTE's calibration and MSA. Verification and approval reports.

17. To report any changes happening at in-house & supplier locations for ensuring change management process.

18. Verify and approve all inspection reports related to quality.

19. Ensure Master list of formats updated for any changes and any change in function procedures updated, approved and issued by MR.

20. Daily Verification of Customer Portal data end of the day.

21. Discussion with SQA Engineer to get to know any issues.

22. Visit to Customer for Resolving complaint.

23. Arrange for Segregation/ Immediate line support.

24. Customer Containment Submission.

25. Update Online CAPA in Customer portal.

26. Corrective Action report to discuss with HOD and arrange to implement.

27. Customer PDIR Update.

28. Monthly reports to Customers.

29. Complaint communication to Plant.

30. FQI Audit and report to HOD.

31. Warranty Part Analysis and CAPA report to HOD.

32. Customer returned Part analysis .

33. Daily QMIS.

34. Implementation and follow up of CAPA-Action report, 8D/why why Analysis.

35. Monthly MRM Report Preparation and submit to HOD.

36. Ensure Actions are effectively implemented and maintained.

37. Ensuring Horizontal Deployment actions implemented at other areas.

38. Dock Audit as per Plan and report to HOD immediately on Deviation.

39. Customer Complaint Tracking form update for completed action.

40. Maintain all Relevant records up to date.
