POSITION PROFILE

Position Title: - Jr. Engineer

Department: - Quality

Location: - Brahmanwade, Nashik

Reporting Relationship:

Reporting To: - Asst. Manager Quality

Position Summary

Support the Quality department by reviewing certificates and reports, coordinating inspections, and ensuring compliance with project and customer quality standards.

ROLE

Assist in quality documentation, inspection coordination, and reporting to maintain product and process quality.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Review raw material, instrument conformance, calibration, and paint test certificates.
Prepare and review final inspection and painting reports.
Coordinate with customer and third-party inspectors.
Prepare final document dossiers.
Track instrument calibration and update records.
Raise purchase requisitions via SAP/ERP
Generate inspection calls through customer portals.
Review WPS/PQR and submit compliance reports.
Witness type tests and feeler gauge inspections.

Authorities:

Review and approve quality certificates and reports.
Coordinate inspections with customers and third parties.
Raise purchase requisitions for quality needs.

Accountabilities

Ensure accurate and timely quality documentation.
Maintain calibration and inspection records.
Achieve compliance with customer and project requirements.
