Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar systems and electronic devices (meters, sensors, controllers, inverters, etc.).
Support senior engineers during site surveys and project execution.
Carry out basic wiring, mounting of solar panels, devices, and accessories as per drawings.
Perform routine testing, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
Maintain installation reports, checklists, and daily site logs.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company SOPs.
Coordinate with technicians and site supervisors for smooth execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical devices.
Ability to read simple wiring diagrams and layouts.
Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reports).

Experience

0–2 years (Fresher’s can apply)
