Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer at this company, your primary role is to execute Manufacturing Engineering activities focusing on high-quality Process Verification & Validation. Your responsibilities include sustaining and improving processes, tools, and equipment of the Manufacturing systems to ensure predictable, reliable, stable, and efficient production processes. You will also support troubleshooting activities, new product industrialization projects, and manufacturing transfers for the site. Key Responsibilities: - Drive meaningful and innovative Process Validation - Suggest improvements in the process to enhance quality and reduce costs - Support Process Verification, Validation, IQ, OQ, PQ - Act as a technical lead in product development through manufacturing release - Transfer products from Engineering to Manufacturing - Manage the sustaining of different devices following the PDLM-MLD process As a part of the Supplier Transfer Excellence Team (STET) at Philips, you will work in a high-impact, global organization focusing on fast-paced, high-quality portfolio transfers within the Philips global supply base. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners such as marketing, clinical specialists, service personnel, and R&D to deliver solutions through the execution of PDLM, Lifecycle, and Solutions Processes, exceeding customers" expectations. Qualifications Required: - Completed engineering studies at the university level in Electronics/Electrical - 4 to 8 years of relevant industry experience - Knowledge of state-of-the-art methods & tools used in electrical design - Experience in Digital Electronics, Analog circuits, Cable Harness design, Value Addition, Value Engineering, and peripheral interfaces - Experience in Medical Devices product design - Disciplined team worker with the ability to work independently - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Drive for results and quality mindset In addition to the above, Philips offers a rewarding career with an attractive package, an extensive set of tools for career growth, collective health insurance, and opportunities for personal development.
