Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (custom graphics and visuals) Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior eLearning Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, interactive digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in eLearning authoring tools, instructional design principles, and multimedia integration, with a proven track record of managing complex projects end-to-end. This role will also involve mentoring junior developers, ensuring best practices, and driving innovation in eLearning solutions that align with organizational learning objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
  • Learning Solution Design & Development:

    • Lead the creation of advanced interactive eLearning modules, simulations, and assessments using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or iSpring Suite.
    • Develop custom interactions and learning paths that are engaging, instructionally sound, and aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Animation & Multimedia Production:

    • Create high-quality animated videos, motion graphics, and visual storytelling using tools like Vyond or Animaker.
    • Oversee multimedia integration, ensuring seamless use of audio, video, graphics, and interactivity.
  • Creative Direction & Quality Assurance:

    • Define visual and instructional design standards, ensuring consistency across projects.
    • Conduct rigorous QA testing to ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance, mobile responsiveness, and LMS compatibility.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

    • Work closely with instructional designers, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into impactful learning experiences.
    • Provide technical and creative guidance to team members and stakeholders.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
    • Maintain documentation, templates, and reusable assets for team efficiency and scalability.
  • Mentorship & Capability Building:

    • Coach and mentor junior eLearning developers, providing feedback and training to build team capability.
    • Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in eLearning and recommend adoption where beneficial.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • 6 8 years of professional experience in eLearning content development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
    • Expert proficiency in:
      • Articulate Storyline 360 / Rise 360
      • Vyond or Animaker (animated video creation)
      • Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (custom graphics and visuals)
      • Adobe Captivate or iSpring Suite
    • Strong knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS, Cornerstone).
    • Advanced audio/video editing skills (Audacity, Camtasia, or equivalent).
    • Solid understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom s Taxonomy).
    • Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
