Job Description

Senior Eightfold AI Support Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide
technical support
for Eightfold AI applications, including issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
Perform
testing and validation
of fixes and enhancements to ensure system stability and performance.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to deliver solutions and complete related technical and functional documentation.
Work closely with
business users
to identify opportunities for improved operational efficiency and competitiveness.
Analyze and modify
existing solutions
based on functional requirements, particularly for relevant
RICEFW objects
.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests while maintaining
high customer satisfaction
.
Demonstrate strong
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
in all interactions.
Work effectively with
global teams across multiple time zones
, showing flexibility in work hours when required.

Mandatory Skills

Hands-on experience with
Eightfold AI
(minimum 1 year)
Strong experience in
application support, troubleshooting, and testing
Ability to analyze and enhance existing solutions based on functional requirements
Excellent
analytical and communication skills
Experience working with
global, distributed teams

Desired Skills

Same as mandatory skills
Exposure to
enterprise HR or talent management platforms
(preferred)
Experience in
Manufacturing domain
environments

Education

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (preferred)
