Job Description

We Are Hiring Senior Education Counselor (3+ Years Experience)

We are looking for experienced Sales Professionals who want to build their career in Education Counselling.

If you have 3+ years of experience in any sales background and strong communication skills, this opportunity is for you!

Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)

Shift: Day Shift

Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Any Sales Background)

CTC: Up to 6.6 LPA

Working Days: 5 Days

This role involves counselling students, guiding them with course options, and converting leads.

Role & responsibilities

Handle
inbound and outbound calls
from prospective students interested in UPES programs.
Counsel students
about UPES courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career outcomes.
Convert leads into enrollments
by understanding student needs and recommending suitable programs.
Follow up with students to ensure
application completion, document collection, and fee payment
.
Maintain accurate student data and interaction details in the
CRM system
.
Achieve
daily/weekly/monthly sales and enrollment targets
.
Address student queries professionally and provide
end-to-end admission support
.
Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, operations, university partners) for smooth onboarding.
Ensure compliance with
UPES admission guidelines and process standards
.
Build strong relationships with students and parents to drive
trust and successful conversions
.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent Hindi & English mandatory
Domestic B2C / EdTech sales
