Role Vision & Impact

We’re looking for a Senior Ecommerce Visual & Brand Designer who doesn’t just design beautiful assets—but engineers conversion through visuals. This is a pivotal, hands-on role at the intersection of brand storytelling, ecommerce performance, and advanced visual design.
You will own how our products look, feel, move, and sell across marketplaces like Amazon and beyond—shaping everything from hero images and A+ content to 3D renders and motion-driven product explainers. If you love turning products into compelling visual stories that drive real commercial results, this role is built for you.

Core Responsibilities1. Product & Marketplace Visuals

  • Design high-converting ecommerce assets including hero images, infographics, comparison charts, feature callouts, and lifestyle imagery.
  • Create optimized visuals for Amazon product listings, ensuring compliance with marketplace guidelines while maximizing CTR and CVR.
  • Translate technical product features into clear, benefit-driven visual narratives.

2. Brand Store & A+ Content Design

  • Own the visual execution of Amazon A+ Content and Brand Stores, crafting cohesive, story-driven brand experiences.
  • Design modular content systems that scale across SKUs while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and catalog teams to align visuals with keyword strategy and conversion goals.

3. Motion Design & Short-Form Video

  • Create short-form product videos for ecommerce listings, brand stores, and social media (Instagram, Reels, Ads).
  • Develop motion-based explainers that visually demonstrate product usage, installation, and differentiation.
  • Optimize video storytelling for fast attention, clarity, and performance metrics.

4. 3D Design & Product Visualization

  • Build realistic 3D product models and renders for products where photography is limited or enhancement is needed.
  • Create 360° product views, exploded views, and animated product breakdowns.
  • Support product development and pre-launch stages with 3D concept visuals.

5. Brand Storytelling & Visual Language

  • Translate brand values, positioning, and tone into a consistent visual language across all customer touchpoints.
  • Ensure visual consistency across marketplaces, ads, packaging visuals, and digital brand assets.
  • Elevate the brand from “product-led” to story-led commerce.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, catalog, and growth teams to align visuals with business goals.
  • Participate in creative planning for new launches, campaigns, and seasonal pushes.
  • Take ownership from concept to final execution with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have)Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong experience with motion design tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Hands-on experience with 3D tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent.
  • Solid working knowledge of Figma for layout, collaboration, and design systems.
  • Proven experience designing for ecommerce platforms, especially:
  • Amazon product listings
  • A+ Content
  • Brand Stores
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce conversion drivers—hero imagery, visual hierarchy, feature prioritization, and clarity.

Creative & Strategic Skills

  • Ability to think beyond “design” and understand commercial outcomes.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven ecommerce environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to justify design decisions logically.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Edge Creators)

  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and conversion-focused design.
  • Experience with Shopify or other D2C platforms.
  • Product or lifestyle photography and photo-retouching skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Firefly) for concepting and ideation.
  • Experience working with physical products (Home, Kitchen, Tools, Consumer Goods, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
