Client Success Manager / E-commerce Growth Manager

USA-based clients

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for USA-based clients.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction with services and outcomes delivered.

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Oversee and manage e-commerce campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, and other platforms.
  • Optimize product listings, advertising campaigns, keywords, and overall marketplace performance.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities, improve ROI, and scale performance.

Communication & Reporting

  • Deliver regular performance updates and campaign insights to clients.
  • Translate complex data into actionable and easy-to-understand reports.
  • Address client queries, troubleshoot concerns, and provide timely resolutions.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with client objectives.
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal operations/marketing teams to ensure efficient execution.

Business Development & Outreach

  • Identify and engage agencies servicing USA clients that require e-commerce management and optimization.
  • Explore opportunities to connect with Amazons internal teams and industry professionals for partnerships or talent acquisition.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 10–12 years

    of experience in

    client success, e-commerce, or digital marketing

    , with a strong focus on Amazon/Walmart campaign management.
  • Proven expertise in

    listing optimization, advertising, and performance-driven campaign management

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    e-commerce KPIs, metrics, and ROI-driven strategies

    .
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with fluency in English.
  • Strong client-facing experience with USA-based clients.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and client-first mindset.
  • Prior experience in an

    agency environment

    or with

    large e-commerce platforms

    is highly preferred.
