Your Role

Backend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain backend systems in

  .NET (C#)

• Design scalable and secure RESTful APIs to support frontend and internal tools
• Work with financial market data (real-time & historical) and ensure data accuracy
• Optimize backend performance for fast chart rendering and filtering
• Collaborate with data and frontend teams to build robust product features
• Implement secure user management and role-based access controls
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with

  .NET / C#

  backend development
• Strong knowledge of

  REST APIs

  , data modeling, and async programming
• Experience working with

  relational databases

  (PostgreSQL or similar)
• Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced product team
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-tested backend code
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and production deployment practices

Nice to Have

• Experience with financial markets, stock APIs, or trading tools
• Experience with real-time data delivery or caching strategies
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms like AWS
