Senior Dotnet Developer

As a Software Development Team Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating software developers to create innovative solutions while implementing top-notch development practices. Your responsibilities will include supporting and collaborating with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to execute plans, resolve issues, and apply scrum principles. Additionally, you will drive projects forward, manage priorities with senior leadership, and foster knowledge sharing and technical growth within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate software developers to create innovative solutions - Implement top-notch development practices - Support and collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters - Execute plans, resolve issues, and apply scrum principles - Drive projects forward - Manage priorities with senior leadership - Foster knowledge sharing and technical growth within the team Qualifications: - Over 10 years of experience in software development - 5+ years in leadership roles, demonstrating expertise in the industry and agile methodologies - Proficient in programming languages, project management, and coaching developers - Strong technical and problem-solving skills - Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities - Excellent strategic and logical thinking - Ability to understand the logic behind software development processes - Strong understanding of software architecture - Demonstrated history of enhancing software architecture in previous roles Note: We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in running appraisal cycles using key metrics and have been in a Lead/Manager role for more than 4 years.
