Overview

Vidyavision.com is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications using the .NET framework and related technologies. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality, and performance-driven software solutions.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience developing applications using the .NET framework.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core and MVC Core.
• Expertise in SQL Server and database design.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, AngularJS, NodeJS and ReactJS.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain .NET applications independently.
• Work efficiently with data and database-driven applications.
• Collaborate on live applications and ensure smooth functionality.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Conduct requirement analysis and provide accurate effort estimations.
• Prepare technical documentation for applications.
• Integrate user interfaces (UI) with backend systems.
• Develop performance-based applications ensuring high efficiency.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies as project requirements demand.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Provide support to other projects/teams when on bench.
• Willingness to stretch office hours when required.
• Ability to understand and enhance existing codebases.
