The Walmart Global Goverce Engineering team develops and operates technology solutions that ensure compliance, ethics, and customer privacy across all Walmart stores, clubs, and e-commerce platforms. Our team is responsible for integrating AI and cloud technologies to enhance safety and security, drive innovation, and improve customer experiences.
The Site Leader Global Goverce, IDC will serve as a senior leader responsible for driving operational excellence, goverce practices, and compliance across the IDC site. This role will provide strategic oversight and ensure alignment of local operations with Walmart s global goverce frameworks, risk management standards, and corporate objectives.
A critical part of this mandate is shaping and enabling Walmart s Agentic AI transformation at Fortune #1 enterprise scale, ensuring the responsible adoption of advanced AI technologies to enhance goverce, risk management, operational decision-making, and enterprise resilience. This includes embedding AI-driven goverce tools, driving responsible innovation, and preparing the organization for the next generation of enterprise-scale digital transformation.
What you'll do
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions to strengthen goverce processes, enhance transactional systems, and optimize operational workflows.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of goverce, data, and AI professionals capable of driving enterprise-scale transformation.
- Collaborate with top-tier universities and research institutions in India for recruitment and cutting-edge AI/goverce partnerships.
- Partner with senior individual contributors and leadership teams in the United States to align strategies and drive innovation in global goverce and transactional systems.

Minimum Qualifications
- bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field and 8 years experience in product management or related field OR 10 years experience in product management or related field.
- 4 years experience building and leading high performing teams.
- 6 years experience leading cross-functional teams.
