Senior Director of Engineering

As a Director Engineering Manager, your role involves managing a multidisciplinary development team and developing significant improvements to core systems and business processes. You will be responsible for the strategic and tactical planning of technology and people resources for large-scale projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing a multidisciplinary development team - Developing and implementing improvements to core systems and business processes - Directing technical activities for estimating, planning, designing, building, testing, and deploying solutions into production - Bringing 15 years of experience in development - Demonstrating extensive experience in solving complex problems and driving solutions - Having good experience in .NET, Java/Spring with a relational database - Possessing a good understanding of DevOps principles - Utilizing people management experience - Building and managing applications on cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS or Azure - Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with others You will need to have the qualifications and experience mentioned above to excel in this role.,
