Senior Director of Engineering

As a Director Engineering Manager at our company in Jaipur, you will have the following responsibilities: - Manage a multidisciplinary development team - Develop and implement significant improvements to core systems and business processes in support of the company's/division's profit, growth, and customer satisfaction goals - Responsible for the development of strategic and tactical planning of technology and people resources necessary for the successful completion of large-scale projects - Direct technical activities to estimate, plan, design, build, test, and deploy solutions into production Qualifications required for this role: - 15 years of experience in development - Extensive experience in solving complex problems and driving solutions - Good experience in .NET, Java/Spring with a relational database - Good understanding of DevOps principles - People management experience is required - Experience in building & managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS preferred or Azure) Additionally, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with others.,
