Job Description

Role Overview: As a leader at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction for commercialization and go-to-market plans for technology solutions and IT services specifically tailored for the Insurance industry. Your role will involve focusing on achieving superior client mind-share gain by driving verticalization of core IT services offerings, leveraging strategic partnerships, and developing industry assets. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute a targeted GTM strategy to capture mind-share within specific North American P&C and L&A sub-segments by utilizing deep domain expertise. - Lead the adaptation and configuration of core IT services portfolio into tailored, insurance-specific solutions for both P&C and L&A sectors. - Act as the primary pre-sales domain expert for the North American P&C and L&A sales team, translating IT capabilities into tangible business outcomes. - Develop joint GTM motions with key alliance partners and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in the insurance space to amplify market reach. - Drive the commercialization of proprietary insurance industry assets, frameworks, and solution accelerators to enhance the value proposition. - Serve as a visible thought leader for the firm's insurance practice by representing the company at industry conferences, publishing white papers, and engaging with analyst firms. - Collaborate closely with the direct sales force to achieve revenue targets and increase win rates and deal size. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or a related field. - Advanced degree such as an MBA is highly advantageous. - 15+ years of experience working within the P&C or L&A insurance industries with a strong understanding of core value chains. - Experience in GTM, management consulting, or a commercial leadership role within the IT services industry. - Experience collaborating with key insurance software partners like Guidewire, Duck Creek Technologies, or Majesco is highly valued.
