Role Overview: As a Sr. Director, Digital Marketing at Everest Group, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital strategy and aligning marketing with technologies to support the Go-To-Market (GTM) approach. You will be a key member of the marketing leadership team responsible for overseeing all digital channels, marketing operations, and enabling a complex B2B approach through GTM optimization across various processes, people, and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, a passion for data-driven digital engagement, and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the overall digital strategy with a focus on actionable business outcomes - Develop strong relationships across the organization to establish aligned channel strategies supported by core marketing operations - Own, manage, and evolve the marketing technology stack while collaborating with the digital team - Integrate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and foster collaboration on firm objectives - Continuously assess, manage, and optimize existing processes, systems, and technology to adapt to evolving business needs and industry best practices - Support data-driven decision-making by implementing, retrieving, and analyzing available data to generate insights and improve the marketing funnel - Present new data-driven ideas and strategies for improvements - Develop and optimize reporting to measure effectiveness, performance, and return on marketing investments - Plan for the scalability of marketing operations to support company growth and expansion Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of marketing experience - Familiarity with a range of data, marketing, analytics, and automation technologies - Marketo and Salesforce certifications preferred, strong background in both required - Experience with the 6sense platform - Excellent project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Highly organized, self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines - Passion for digital and marketing operations resulting in clear, measurable business impact - Proactive, strategic thinker, and swift executioner with problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and people skills, curious, creative, and results-oriented - Ability to work independently under tight deadlines, self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook - Motivated by a fast-paced, entrepreneurial-like atmosphere, where you can make significant contributions - Professional services firm experience preferred Role Overview: As a Sr. Director, Digital Marketing at Everest Group, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital strategy and aligning marketing with technologies to support the Go-To-Market (GTM) approach.
