Job Description

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our website, driving organic traffic, and improving search engine rankings to enhance our online visibility and generate qualified leads. This is a dynamic role that requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and creative thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for organic growth.2. Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies, including optimizing website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs.3. Optimize website structure and navigation to improve user experience and search engine crawlability.4. Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues affecting organic performance, such as broken links, duplicate content, and page load speed.5. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and web analytics platforms, providing regular reports and recommendations to improve rankings and organic traffic.6. Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to proactively adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.7. Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies and ensure proper keyword integration.8. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to outrank competitors.9. Optimize local SEO by managing online business listings, Google My Business profiles, and local directories.10. Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement SEO best practices during website updates and redesigns.11. Monitor and manage backlink profiles, identify opportunities for link building, and execute link building campaigns.12. Continuously track and report on key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI.13.Assist in planning and running Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram, Linkedin ads)

  • Monitor campaign performance, CTRs, conversions, and optimize budget spending
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing page
  • Generate performance reports and provide insights for campaign improvements
