Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Manager to lead the planning, execution,optimization, and reporting of our paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, data analysis,and digital advertising strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads,Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Set clear KPIs for each campaign and track daily performance to optimize spending and reach.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize returns.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis for continuous improvement.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEMrush to analyze performance.
• Research trends and emerging platforms to identify new paid opportunities.
• Prepare detailed campaign reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with SEO, organic social, and sales teams for integrated marketing efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
