Job Description: Performance Marketing Specialist
Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Executive to generate quality leads through Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, run and optimize lead generation campaigns (Google & Facebook Ads)
- Create and manage ad copies, creatives and targeting strategies
- Monitor daily performance (CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions)
- Conduct A/B testing & optimize campaigns
- Monitor social media platforms & work on monthly content calendar
- Generate reports & share insights for better lead quality
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Google Ads & Facebook Ads
- Strong knowledge of targeting, bidding & campaign setup
- Analytical skills (Google Analytics & Ads Manager)
Ability to manage budgets & deliver cost-effective leads
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
