Job Summary:

The Bodyshop Advisor acts as the main point of contact between the customer and the workshop. They are responsible for handling accident/repair cases, coordinating with insurance companies, preparing estimates, ensuring timely repairs, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, understand their vehicle repair/accident concerns, and register the job.
• Inspect damaged vehicles, prepare repair estimates, and explain costs and timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with insurance surveyors and assist customers with claim processes.
• Open job cards, ensure correct documentation, and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with the workshop team to monitor progress of repairs and update customers regularly.
• Ensure all repairs are done as per quality and safety standards.
• Conduct final inspection before delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote additional services and upsell value-added products.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and maintain long-term relationships.
• Meet monthly targets on customer satisfaction, throughput, and revenue.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of accident repair, denting, painting, and insurance claim process.
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, DMS/ERP software).

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–4 years’ experience as Bodyshop Advisor / Service Advisor in automobile dealership.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
