Senior Digital Marketing Executive

With a strong focus on innovation, reliability, and customer service, we are expanding our reach and seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, generate quality leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.

Manage and grow Cal-On’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Plan and run targeted Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns to generate leads from hospitals, healthcare institutions, and industrial clients.

Implement SEO strategies to improve rankings of product/service pages (Infant Protection Systems, RFID solutions, etc.).

Create engaging content – posts, articles, case studies, videos – highlighting product benefits and success stories.

Monitor website analytics, track leads, and prepare monthly reports on campaign performance.

Manage email marketing campaigns (product updates, newsletters, client communications).

Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to align campaigns with company objectives.

Stay updated with digital marketing trends relevant to healthcare and IoT industries.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare/IoT/technology domains.

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Lead Generation.

Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Suite, Canva/Mailchimp (or similar tools).

Excellent communication skills, with ability to create industry-relevant content.

Creative and analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
