POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : JOB SUMMARY:

• We are seeking a Sr. Digital Experience Senior Specialist, SEM.
• This remote position will work within our Life Sciences client.

BASIC SUMMARY:

• Responsible for managing Google Ads accounts for seven business lines and corporate brand.
• Proactively develop, deliver, and implement strategies for Google Ads optimization to meet business and website goals given each business budgetary requirements.
• Identify problem keywords and other problem areas to improve cost savings and enhance targeting.
• Use analytics tools to regularly communicate performance, identify trends, and drive decision-making.
• Act as a partner and consultant to marketing team stakeholders on Google Ads best practices and strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pull monthly Google Ads performance reports to make proactive recommendations for improvement.
• Meet regularly and follow up with team members for Google Ads recommendations, approvals, and updates on outstanding tasks.
• Perform weekly maintenance of the account, including negative keyword refinement, bid changes, ad disapprovals, and problem keyword identification.
• Partner with SEO specialists for keyword recommendations.
• Set up new campaigns when requested according to best practices and in alignment with existing strategy.
• In the case of an acquisition, lead the integration of acquisition ads into the existing account.
• Educate team members on Google Ads best practices, including adherence to internal Google Ads workflows.

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education

  : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, advertising, or related discipline.

• Experience

  : 5+ years of directly related Google Ads experience.
