Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, located in Malappuram. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. Key tasks include managing paid advertising channels, analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with the creative and content teams to develop data-driven strategies. The role involves tracking marketing metrics, providing insightful reports, and staying updated with industry trends to ensure the success of marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing paid advertising channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and conducting A/B testing
• Experience in campaign optimization and performance measurement
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with creative and content teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay current with industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in SEO and content marketing is a plus
