Job Description

As an individual contributing to the IT operations team, your role will involve providing 24x7 coverage through rotational shifts to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you will be required to offer additional capacity during peak seasons and periods. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating good knowledge of the Hub and Spoke model as well as the Azure Landing Zone. - Utilizing your experience across various IT operation aspects such as networking, virtualization, identity, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, and data management. - Implementing Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and maintaining strong knowledge of Patch Management and troubleshooting. - Enforcing security and compliance controls within the Azure environment. - Managing Azure backup services, Azure Firewalls, Azure Application gateway, and Azure VPN. - Monitoring and optimizing Azure resource usage for cost efficiency. - Troubleshooting and resolving Azure infrastructure issues promptly. - Staying updated on new Azure services and best practices for cloud infrastructure design and operations. - Implementing Change Requests and maintaining familiarity with PAAS services. - Demonstrating proficiency in operating systems like Windows and Linux. - Utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Applying knowledge of ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management. - Contributing to cloud migrations by designing and implementing scalable, highly available, and secure Azure solutions. - Participating in reporting and conducting Governance calls. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Engineering/Any Degree. - 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services. - Strong communication skills. - AZ-900 & AZ-104 certified.,
