Enfinity Global is looking for a Senior Development Analyst with more than three years of experience who will be responsible for Due-Diligence of Solar and Battery Projects and Support Team for Portfolio Growth. The candidate should have a deep knowledge of working with Renewable Energy or Infrastructure Projects with a special focus on Solar & Battery Technologies and proficiency with GIS Tools.

The candidate will be involved mainly in GIS tools-based analysis such as ArcGIS, QGIS, etc. along with detailed Project report preparation, market research, Solar and battery project development considering technical, environmental, regulatory and social factors. The candidate shall be able to perform their activities by collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team environment while meeting quality standards and project deadlines.

Our final candidate will require strong communication, report writing and technical skills, a high level of proactivity, and be comfortable working in a very dynamic environment and with highly expansive growth strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Project Due-Diligence

  : Conduct due-diligence using

  GIS tools such as ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.

  and other databases to identify potential sites for solar and battery projects development, considering technical, environmental, regulatory and social factors.

• Reporting:

  Prepare detailed reports and presentations including assessments, findings, and recommendations for internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Market Research:

  Conduct research on emerging technologies, market trends, and best practices in project development and renewable energy to inform project strategies and enhance decision-making.

• Inter

  -

  Department Co-ordination:

  Continuous Co-ordination with other departments such as Engineering, Power Systems, Power Markets and Offtake.

Qualifications & experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in GIS based analysis, with a focus on renewable energy or infrastructure projects development. Prior experience in solar and/or battery project development is highly preferrable.
• Fluent in English (professional vocabulary is a must). Proficiency in report writing is desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data related to land use and environmental impacts.
• Knowledge of working with analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Knowledge of solar technologies, including PVsyst reports and project layout.
• Ability to set, manage, and track multiple priorities and related details.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative thinker, trying to find new ways of doing things.
• Hands-on mentality and focus on getting things done.
• Taking ownership and wanting to get things right.
• Organized and meticulous person.
