Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation tools and applications to support the production and QC workflows of eLearning projects.
• Build and maintain front-end user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for internal tools.
• Implement backend logic and APIs using Python and .NET frameworks.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., content repositories, LMS systems, databases) to support automated checks and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with instructional designers, content developers, and QC teams to understand process gaps and build solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation, version control, and best practices in tool development.
• Continuously improve tool performance, usability, and scalability based on user feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of hands-on experiencein:
• Python (Django/Flask)
• .NET / ASP.NET Core
• HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of software development best practices, testing, and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for automation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
