Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Senior Designer with proven experience in 2D/3D design, schematics, and simulation testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong design foundation, hands-on technical skills, and leadership qualities to guide a design team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality design outputs, collaborating across functions, and contributing to innovative projects in model-making and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Design Efforts
  Manage the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring accuracy, precision, and creativity in every output.
• User Research & Testing
  Conduct usability and functionality tests, applying practical methods such as cutting, plotting, and prototyping to validate designs.
• Design Creation
  Develop high-quality 2D/3D designs, drawings, schematics, and simulations tailored to specific project requirements.
• Collaboration
  Work closely with product managers, project supervisors, and coordinators to align design solutions with project objectives.
• Leadership & Mentorship
  Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, lead the team, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.
• Design Systems
  Establish and maintain consistent design systems and standards, enabling clear communication and workflow efficiency across teams.
• Innovation & Improvement
  Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in design practices.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong proficiency in 2D & 3D design software, schematic drawings, and prototyping.
  
• Hands-on experience in Arduino simulation testing, mechanical drawings, and simulation tools.
  
• Strong grasp of user-centered design, usability testing, and practical design applications.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities to manage and guide junior designers.
  
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to translate requirements into effective design solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: B. Arch, B.E, B. Tech. or equivalent.
  
• Experience: 3–5 years in a relevant design role, preferably with industrial or model-making projects.
