Your Role
As a Associate Design Director at frog India, you will

Lead and Inspire Design Teams Guide interdisciplinary teams through the design process, from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet client goals and user needs.

Drive Client Relationships Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning frog??s design solutions to drive value and impact.

Champion Design Excellence Set and uphold high standards for creative quality across projects, advocate for user-centered design practices, and encourage innovation within the team.

Collaborate Across Functions Work closely with strategists, technologists, and other stakeholders to create seamless, impactful user experiences that integrate visual, interaction, and content design.

Your Profile

Experience 15+ years of experience in design with a focus on digital products and services, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Portfolio A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience (UX), interaction design (IxD), and visual design (VD) across a range of digital products and services.

Skills Strong strategic thinking, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas, influence clients, and inspire teams.
