Senior Design Manager

We are seeking a talented Senior Design Manager & 3D Visualizer to create high-quality 3D models and renderings for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling representations,& has to manage designers team. This role requires collaboration with architects, designers, and clients to ensure that visualizations effectively communicate ideas and meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling: Create detailed 3D models based on sketches, drawings, and specifications provided by designers and architects.
• Rendering: Produce high-quality 3D renderings and animations that showcase designs in an engaging manner.
• Visualization: Develop photorealistic images that accurately represent materials, lighting, and environments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to understand design intent and project goals.
• Revisions: Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine visualizations and meet project deadlines.
• Technical Skills: Utilize software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, V-Ray, or similar tools to create and render visuals.
• Presentation: Prepare and present visual materials to clients, highlighting key features and design elements and has to ability to handle clients throughout design process and presentations.
• Research: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve visualization quality.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects,handling clients through out design phase.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for design, color, and composition, ensuring accuracy and quality in visualizations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in animation and interactive visualizations.
• Knowledge of architectural and design principles.
• Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) applications.
