Senior Design Engineer

As a Senior Design Engineer at our Headquarters, you will play a crucial role in creating and developing our company's products and systems to meet customer requirements and industry standards. You will lead design development projects from concept to completion, utilizing CAD software and other tools to optimize designs for performance, manufacturability, and cost-efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing design projects, providing technical guidance to junior engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, proposing solutions, and implementing design improvements. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering design, particularly in Sheetmetal fabrication and machine manufacturing industry. Proficiency in SolidWorks software, strong analytical skills, and excellent project management abilities are essential. Effective communication skills, a team-oriented approach, and a commitment to achieving project goals are also key qualifications.
