Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop

  suspension components

  ,

  power packs

  , and

  gear systems

  using

  NX software

  .
• Prepare

  3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings

  for manufacturing and validation.
• Perform

  tolerance analysis, kinematic simulations, and design validations

  for mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with

  production, testing, and project teams

  to ensure designs meet functional and quality requirements.
• Modify and optimize existing designs based on

  FEA results, test feedback, and manufacturing inputs

  .
• Maintain accurate

  design documentation and BOMs

  .
• Support

  prototype development

  and testing activities.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in

  Siemens NX (UG-NX)

  for part modeling, assemblies, and drafting.
• Strong knowledge of

  suspension systems, gear design, and power pack components

  .
• Experience with

  GD&T, tolerance analysis, and mechanical simulations

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  design for manufacturability and assembly (DFMA)

  principles.
• Knowledge of

  material selection and mechanical performance evaluation

  .
• Ability to work independently and in a

  cross-functional engineering team

  .
• Good communication and documentation skills.
