Role & responsibilities Design Electrical system and its electrical/ electronic systems Layout and packaging of parts in vehicle DMU considering all aspects of functionality and manufacturability/ serviceability. Define electrical system diagram for a given project considering all regulatory/Homologation requirements. Getting requisite inputs to horizontal teams for design of electrical parts as per product brief

Role & responsibilities Benchmark vehicle study Vehicle layout preparation in 3D with given product brief Working out design proposal in CAD of chassis system parts as input to Hz team Stack up analysis of interface parts to ensure desired fit & finish of parts on vehicle Packaging confirmation of different aggregates in 3D considering DFA/DFS & stackup BOM preparation & engineering change release To prepare 2Wh layout i.e wheel & brakes, suspension, frame, plastic parts, lights and power train.
