Name of Position: Sr. Design Engineer
1.Job Objective :- This position should be responsible in design and development. Candidate should support to Engineering/NPD.
2.Key Role & Responsibilities :- 1.Conceptualise and create New Product design Idea generation 2.Preparation of BOM. 3.Responsible for 3D modelling, CAD assy. & 2D part drawing using Creo (Pro-E). 4. Able to perform preliminary design calculations. DFMEA Detail design specifications using Tolerance stack, GD&T etc. Creating Engineering product specification. Design, verification and validation9. Problem analysis and solving Generate value engineering and value addition Ideas. 5.Estimation of production & product cost and effect of product design change for management review action & control. 6.Process selection of development item product suitability within the existing std. process flow.
3.Qualification & Experience Required :- Candidate should be B.E Mechanical and having experience between 3 to 7 years of experience in design and development Provide Technical Support to Engineering for creating new product design and development and supporting to existing products technically.
4.Personal Characteristic :- Good Communication skills. Creativity and Innovation. Learning Skills Good Team Player
