Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Production / Tool Engineering or equivalent. 15–20 years of experience in FRP / GRP mould design and composite manufacturing . Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams. Strong technical knowledge in composite moulding, tool design, and prototyping . Excellent problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of M oulds for FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastics) components. Hands-on involvement in tool design, Mould fabrication, and testing of FRP / GRP composite products. Provide technical leadership and direction for end-to-end design and manufacturing of composite parts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, R&D, and tooling. Ensure adherence to product specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. Manage large-scale projects and lead cross-disciplinary teams effectively. Drive continuous improvement in design efficiency, cost optimization, and innovation. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in FRP composites. Show more Show less
