About the Role:

Recruitment Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage

  end-to-end recruitment delivery

  for multiple client requirements, ensuring quality and timely closures.
• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for clients, managing communication, expectations, and recruitment outcomes.
• Build and nurture

  long-term client relationships

  , ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a

  team of recruiters

  , while also contributing individually to key mandates.
• Manage hiring operations using

  major job portals

  (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.) and

  advanced sourcing techniques

  .
• Collaborate closely with client hiring managers and internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  
• Prepare and present

  recruitment performance reports

  , dashboards, and analytics for clients and management.
• Be flexible to

  travel 2-3 days per week

  to client locations as required.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years

  of proven experience in

  recruitment delivery and client/account management

  .

• Hands-on expertise

  with all leading

  job portals and sourcing platforms

  .
• Strong exposure to the

  Staffing and IT Consulting domain

  .
• Prior experience in

  handling direct client interactions

  , preferably with

  product-based companies

  (mandatory).
• Exceptional

  client-facing communication

  and

  relationship management skills

  .
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of

  team management and performance coaching

  .

• Willingness to travel

  frequently and operate from the

  Hyderabad office

  .
