Job Summary:

Design and deploy MMM and MTA frameworks that drive marketing ROI decisions across OTT, CTV, digital, and offline channels—end‑to‑end—from data ingestion to executive dashboard delivery.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect

  MMM & MTA models

  (Bayesian/adstock models, probabilistic Markov chains, logistic/Shapley attribution) aligned to omni‑channel objectives.
• Analyze high-volume structured and unstructured sources (ad logs, CRM, OTT/CTV, clickstream, e‑mail/sales data).
• Automate models and operable pipelines via Python/R/SQL and scriptable workflows (LLMs/agents preferred).
• Deliver clear dashboards and strategic insights for AdSales, Finance, and Analytics stakeholders via Power BI/Looker/Tableau.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years in data science or analytics, with

  ≥3 years AdTech/AdSales exposure

  and demonstrable MMM/MTA modeling.
• Expert in

  Python (pandas/statsmodels, PyMC3)

  or R, SQL, ETL tools, and working knowledge of big‑data platforms (Spark, Hadoop, AWS/GCP).
• Strong grounding in causal inference, uplift modeling, experimental design (A/B, geo/synthetic controls), and model validation.
• Proficient at translating analytics into business insights and remote collaboration across time zones
