Job Title: Senior Data Architect Experience: 10+ Years Location: Udaipur, Jaipur About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Architect with deep expertise in the telecommunications domain . In this role, you will design and implement robust data architectures using TM Forum frameworks and modern data platforms like Azure and Databricks. You’ll work closely with customers and technology partners to solve complex telecom challenges, including customer experience management, network optimization, revenue assurance, and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design enterprise-scale telecom data architectures leveraging TM Forum standards such as SID, eTOM, and TAM. Develop domain-specific data models covering Customer , Product , Service , Resource , and Partner Management . Architect solutions for telecom use cases such as: Network performance optimization Fraud detection Revenue assurance Implement data platforms using Microsoft Azure , Databricks , and modern big data tools . Conduct technical discovery sessions to assess telecom clients’ OSS/BSS systems and digital transformation goals. Deliver PoCs and technical demos showing real-world telecom data solutions. Create architectural diagrams and roadmaps for cloud, on-prem, and hybrid telecom data environments. Recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks in compliance with telecom-specific regulations. Define data governance frameworks aligned with GDPR and other data protection laws. Stay current with the latest trends in AI/ML , cloud data services, and telecom analytics. Contribute to building internal best practices , reference architectures, and reusable assets. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in data architecture , data engineering , or solution architecture roles. Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in the telecom industry . Strong expertise in TM Forum frameworks : SID, eTOM, TAM. Proven experience designing data platforms aligned with telecom business processes. Strong understanding of OSS/BSS systems , customer experience platforms, and network management systems. Hands-on with Azure and Databricks in telecom environments. Experience with modern data tools like Apache Kafka , Spark , Airflow . Proficiency in programming languages: Python , Scala , SQL . Familiarity with telecom regulatory compliance including GDPR and data localization laws. Experience designing ETL/ELT processes , data lakes, data warehouses, and ML pipelines. Understanding of telecom data integration patterns and observability tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. TM Forum certifications and/or data platform certifications (Databricks, Azure) are a plus. Willingness to travel as required.
