Use your analytical skills to design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that offer insights to our client partners. Interpret reports and analyses to provide recommendations. Take charge of complex reporting and analytics projects, overseeing meetings and project plans. Collaborate with clients and business partners to create use cases and develop supporting documentation. Investigate system performance and data issues by working closely with technology teams. Ensure compliance with the employment contract terms, company policies and procedures, and all directives, such as potential transfer or re-assignment to different work locations, team changes, shift adjustments, work benefits flexibility, work environment variations, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to evolving business needs. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience - 8 years of data analysis work experience - 5 years of development experience with PowerBI & (or Tableau) - 3 years of SQL query development experience - 2 years of experience working with enterprise data warehouse environments, with preference given to experience in Snowflake/Databricks - Proficiency in programming language(s), preferably Python - Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Ability to self-direct and collaborate within a cross-functional team environment Preferred Qualification: - Experience with Power Automate Location: Primary Location - Noida, Uttar Pradesh, IN Apply Now to be a part of our dynamic team and contribute to improving healthcare outcomes worldwide.,
