Senior Data Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SQL-based analytical models, queries, and dashboards to support marketing performance measurement.
• Build and automate data pipelines to unify data from advertising platforms, CRM, web analytics, and internal systems.
• Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs such as CAC, cross-sell rates, conversion rates, funnel drop-offs, and campaign ROI.
• Partner with marketing and growth teams to analyze funnel performance, identify optimization opportunities, and improve conversion efficiency.
• Conduct ad-hoc deep-dive analyses to uncover insights into customer acquisition, retention, and engagement trends.
• Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership through effective storytelling and visualization.
• Collaborate with business teams to design, implement, and evaluate performance marketing campaigns and experiments (A/B testing).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across marketing datasets.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into simple narratives for non-technical marketing stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in marketing, growth, or digital performance functions.
• Strong SQL expertise and hands-on experience with large datasets in data warehouse environments (e.g., Big Query, Redshift, Snowflake, Athena).
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for analysis, scenario modeling, and KPI tracking.
• Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
