Senior Data Analyst

As an expert in all aspects of data management and analysis, you will be responsible for converting data into meaningful insights to enable strategic decision-making. Your role will involve leading the end-to-end business intelligence lifecycle, which includes gathering business requirements, data provisioning, modeling, reporting, and insight generation. Key responsibilities include leading data collection, validation, transformation, and analysis from multiple sources, translating complex business problems into data models, sourcing and organizing data using advanced tools, designing custom reference data to support analytical use cases, developing scalable dashboards and reports, applying statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques, cleaning and transforming raw data, delivering scheduled and ad hoc reports, analyzing campaign performance and user behavior, handling large datasets, and guiding junior analysts. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, strong skills in end-to-end BI development, advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data querying, hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau, familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R, numerical aptitude, analytical thinking, attention to detail, effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and experience in mentoring junior team members.,
