Job Description

Mumbai / Chennai | SaaS Experience PreferredJoin our team as a Senior Customer Success Specialist and be the trusted partner helping customers achieve success with our products. You’ll own the post-sales relationship—onboarding clients, driving adoption, and ensuring retention and growth.

What You’ll Do
