Senior Customer Success Specialist

Mumbai / Chennai | SaaS Experience Preferred

Join our team as a Senior Customer Success Specialist and be the trusted partner helping customers achieve success with our products. You ll own the post-sales relationship onboarding clients, driving adoption, and ensuring retention and growth.

What you ll do:

Onboard and train customers for smooth adoption

Build strong, strategic client relationships

Resolve issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Drive renewals and reduce churn

What we re looking for:

3 5 years in Customer Success / Account Management

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Based in Mumbai or Chennai

SaaS & CRM experience a plus
