Job Description

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at our Kolkata office, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to drive the success of our strategic customers. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Customer Success field, you will play a pivotal role in managing and retaining high-value clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities. Join us to embark on a fulfilling career journey at Ginesys. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned high ticket accounts. - Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, exceeding their expectations and fulfilling their needs. - Develop and implement customer success plans, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support. - Proactively identify and resolve customer challenges, offering solutions to drive their success. - Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Conduct regular business reviews with customers to evaluate performance, suggest improvements, and explore new opportunities. - Monitor customer health metrics and address any issues promptly to prevent churn. - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams for product enhancements. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer success management. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounts, or related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in a customer success role, preferably in a SaaS company. - Demonstrated success in managing and retaining high-value customers. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships. - Proficient in problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer challenges effectively. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team. - Familiarity with CRM software and other customer success tools. - Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with customers. - Language Proficiency: Hindi + Bengali **Desirable Requirements:** - Experience with retail ERP.
