We are now looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team and drive success for our executive search clients. Location: Bangalore/Delhi NCR What You’ll Do: Partner with executive search firms to champion Recruiterflow and maximize their success. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in client firms and develop a mutual success plan. Strategize on key accounts to improve adoption, retention, and overall client experience. Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure a seamless user experience. Provide insights and recommendations to clients to enhance their usage of Recruiterflow. Conduct regular check-ins, training, and reviews with clients to drive engagement. Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs internally. What We’re Looking For: At least 5 years of experience in managing client relationships. Prior experience working in a SaaS company or executive search firm is mandatory MBA from a reputed institution is preferable Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to strategize on key accounts and drive measurable results. A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment. Comfortable working with global clients—most of our customers are in Europe and the East Coast (US), so expect calls during evening/night hours. Why Join Us?
