Senior Customer Success Manager (Enterprise)

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Recruiterflow, you will be responsible for working with executive search firms to ensure their success with the platform. Your main responsibilities will include: - Partnering with executive search firms to promote Recruiterflow and optimize their success. - Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders in client firms and creating a mutual success plan. - Developing strategies for key accounts to enhance adoption, retention, and overall client satisfaction. - Collaborating with the engineering and product teams to guarantee a seamless user experience. - Offering insights and suggestions to clients to improve their utilization of Recruiterflow. - Conducting regular check-ins, training sessions, and reviews with clients to boost engagement. - Acting as the voice of the customer by advocating for their requirements internally. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing client relationships. - Prior experience in a SaaS company or executive search firm is required. - An MBA from a reputable institution is preferred. - Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. - Capability to devise strategies for key accounts and achieve measurable outcomes. - A proactive problem-solving attitude suitable for a fast-paced, remote work environment. - Comfort with working with global clients, as most of our customers are located in Europe and the East Coast (US), leading to evening/night calls.
