Senior Curriculum Manager

Location: Delhi/Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bengaluru

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

● Lead the end-to-end creation of curriculum and instructional content that is rigorous, engaging, and error-free.

● Conduct in-depth academic research to inform design, structure, and delivery of learning materials.

● Develop high-quality storyboards for classroom resources, ensuring seamless integration of print and digital components.

● Review and refine content produced by the team to maintain academic quality and pedagogical integrity.

● Collaborate with design and tech teams to bring a digital-first lens to all content solutions.

● Drive timely execution of curriculum projects through structured planning, team coordination, and progress tracking.

● Knowledge of digital pedagogy, ed-tech tools, and designing for multi-format, tech-enabled learning environments.

● Proven capability to lead academic projects from planning to execution, ensuring delivery with quality, timeliness, and cross-functional alignment.
